Our Values
From independent living to community participation, we offer a full range of NDIS support services tailored to your unique needs and goals.
This support helps NDIS participants stay connected, independent, and involved in everyday community life. We provide one-on-one assistance so you can safely access the places, people, and activities that matter to you.
Our Daily Living Support is all about helping you manage everyday tasks at home and in your community so life feels easier, safer, and more independent.
We work alongside you – not instead of you – to build skills, confidence, and routine in the way that suits you best.
Our wheelchair-accessible transport makes it easier and safer for you to get where you need to go – without the stress.
We use vehicles designed for wheelchair users and people with mobility needs, so you can travel comfortably, stay secure, and arrive on time.
This support is about helping you learn new skills, build confidence, and do more for yourself at home and in the community.
We work alongside you to practice real-life skills, step by step, so you can be more independent and in control of your day-to-day life.
This support is for participants and the people who care for them. We provide practical help at home, as well as respite so family and carers can rest, recharge, or attend to other responsibilities.
Kind Bridge Support Services is led by Lokesh, a calm, reliable, and hands-on support worker who genuinely cares about the people he works with. He understands that inviting someone into your home and your routine is a big step, so he takes the time to listen first, then support. Every shift starts with a simple question:
“What do you need from me today?”
Lokesh has experience supporting participants with a range of physical, psychosocial, and intellectual disabilities. He is confident working with mobility equipment, personal care, community access, daily living skills, and social support. Whether it’s helping with morning routines, preparing meals, building confidence on public transport, or getting out into the community, he works alongside you rather than doing everything for you.
Respect, safety, and dignity are at the centre of how he supports. Lokesh is patient and steady, but he also encourages you to try new things when you’re ready – even small steps like making part of a meal, calling to book your own appointment, or attending a new activity. The goal is always the same: more choice, more control, and more independence over time.
He is also mindful of culture, family dynamics, and personal boundaries. Lokesh understands that every participant has their own story, background, and pace. He’s happy to work with family, carers, and other providers so everyone is on the same page and your supports feel consistent and organised.
Most of all, Lokesh brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach. You can expect someone who shows up on time, follows through on what was agreed, and treats you as a person first – not just a “client” or a “plan.”
